The video files are very large. When you click on them they may take a few seconds to load in and start. Also, try different browsers if a video does not play. Possibilities are internet explorer, mozilla firefox and google chrome. Google chrome may not work because they removed 'Silverlight' to play the videos. The first time you play a video in a browser, you may have to allow 'Silvelight' to load in but after that it should work ok. (This is what I was told and it worked for me.)
