Here are instructions to upload questions to Bb using an MS Excel template, and instructions for converting MS Word questions into Blackboard tests (and how to prepare your document) Also, to randomize Bb test questions: once questions area added to a pool, then they can be added to a test using “create a random block” option. Setting Time Limits This link gives instructions on how to set a time limit for an exam and the meaning of such options as Force Completion and Auto-submit.
Changing Settings for Individual Students This video gives instructions on how to change settings on time limits and availability of tests for individual students, which you might need, for example, if a particular student had trouble with internet access or a student gets extra time from the DRC.

In response to the novel coronavirus pandemic, the community of chemistry educators around the country are coming together to share resources as we all scramble to meet our learning objectives. These lists continue to grow every day, and they can help us find quality resources to use in our lecture and laboratory courses. If we don't have to reinvent the wheel in the presentation of a given topic, we can instead focus our energy on holding synchronized problem-solving sessions, creating assignments, and assessing student work.
